• Overall 15+ yrs of experience with minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com in the capacity of Technical Architect
  • Individuals must have a proven track record of project delivery, scoping, leadership and change management experience in the CRM space. 
  • The Architects will work independently and must be capable of managing in a complex matrix global business environment with excellent communication skills to be able to interact with senior leaders across geographies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce APIs and hands-on experience integration with ERP applications

Technical Skill requirements:

  • MUST be well versed & have work experience in Salesforce.com overall platform architecture, related integration aspects, overall design methodologies, principles & processes
  • Must have work experience in the capacity of Sr architect in design & delivery of complex business solutions,
  • Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com, Apex and Visual force technologies. Must have good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture & landscape.
  • Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
  • Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
  • Experience in architecting and deploying large-scale web based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including XML, Web Services, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and related technologies like TIBCO.
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Expertise in data modeling and user interface development principles
  • Good communication skills. Should be able to manage various stake holders in the business and the product vendors.
